Highlights From My Latest Class!

I taught another Visual Journaling class at my dear friend Terry's house over the weekend.  A dozen of us gathered together in Terry's beautiful home and "played" for three hours.

~ Postcard Trio ~

Here are some examples of my visual journaling postcards. The cards can be put together at a later date to form a vibrant little book!

For me, it's all about the little details when creating a whimsical collage.

Me with Terry, our lovely hostess.

I shared my techniques and encouraged the students to select images and colors that spoke to them so they could depict their own story.  I love how Mary created a beautiful skirt for "her girl" from a paper napkin.

Each one so unique and beautiful!

Pretty and girlie and butterflies abound!

Romance is in the air!

A little bit shabby and very much elegant!

A pretty fantastical world!

It was a GREAT class and everyone turned out some awesome pages.  I wish I would have taken more pictures.  But you know how that goes when you're focused and in the moment.  Even being the Shutterbug that I am, I sometimes forget about all the photo opps!

Have a great week ahead Everyone!

Cheers,
Holly

Come play in ny!! I want to make one! I wish we weren all so far apart, or that I had a ton of money to fly around to play with everyone. though I really hate flying. but maybe if I had enough money I'd fly everyone here instead! lol!

Holly, I have never seen this type of art before. It is just beautiful. I was surprised to see how large the pages actually are in the photos of the ladies working on them. Beautiful! Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving a comment. It means so much to me! Elizabeth
